Legal
Cookie Policy
Effective: 27 June 2026Applies to: uregisto.com
Short version: We use one strictly necessary cookie to keep you logged in. We have no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The only third-party cookies you may encounter are set by Google or Dropbox during their own OAuth flows — we have no control over those.

01What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They allow the site to remember information about your visit — such as whether you are logged in — across page loads and browser sessions.

Cookies can be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (stored for a defined period). They can be set by the site you are visiting (first-party) or by third-party services embedded on the page.

02Cookies We Use

uregisto sets exactly one first-party cookie:

Cookie NamePurposeTypeDuration
tokenStores your encrypted authentication session token so you remain logged in between visits.Strictly NecessaryUp to 30 days, or until you log out

We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, social media pixels, heatmap tools, or any other tracking technology.

03Strictly Necessary Cookies

The token cookie is classified as strictly necessary under the EU ePrivacy Directive and GDPR. It is essential for the service to function — without it you cannot stay authenticated.

Because this cookie is strictly necessary, we are not required to obtain your consent before setting it. Blocking it will prevent you from using the authenticated features of uregisto.

04Third-Party Cookies

When you connect your Google Drive or Dropbox account, you are redirected to Google's or Dropbox's own authentication pages. During that flow, those services may set their own cookies on their domains. uregisto has no control over, and no access to, those cookies.

No third-party scripts or SDKs from these providers are loaded on uregisto pages.

05Managing Cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that blocking the token cookie will log you out and prevent login.

06Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy if we introduce new features that require additional cookies. Any material changes will be communicated via email and by updating the effective date above. We will not introduce non-essential cookies without giving you the ability to manage your consent.
